Suspended between the waves of the Adriatic Sea and the sweet hills that encircle Monopoli , our cuisine is based on typical dishes of the culinary tradition of the southern part of the province of Bari and on a sage harmonization of typical products of the best quality and freshness. Our Trattoria rises along a narrow lane that encircles the ancient part of the port (with its fishing boats resting on the shore), which is accessible through a small arch, just facing our restaurant. Among our main specialities : Cavatellacci-pasta with seafood, "Incrappiata" (broad-beans cream with chicories), stewed goosefish.
